The New Wilmington Mission Conference Refund Request Form must be completed for each individual requesting a refund. These forms must be submitted through the Online Form linked. Refunds will be returned using the original payment method.
Refund Policy
Submitted by May 31 = 100% Refund (Refund issued within 30 days of receipt of the refund request form.)
Submitted byJune 30 = 80% Refund (Refund issued within 30 days of receipt of the refund request form.)
Submitted before in July before the conference begins = 40% Refund (Refund issued within 30 days of conference end.)
Submitted after Conference Begins = NO Refund
