WITH YOU ALWAYS
HONORING THE LEGACY AND DISCERNING THE FUTURE OF PRESBYTERIAN GLOBAL MISSION
Vision Statement
A renewed global mission movement for the Presbyterian Church (USA) – rooted in gratitude, sustained by community, and led by the Spirit beyond institutional boundaries.
MISSION STATEMENT
To recognize the faithful service of PC(USA) mission co-workers, reconnect in shared calling, and discern new pathways for global mission through partnership, prayer, and vision.
ORIGIN
The With You Always gathering was born out of prayerful conversations among Presbyterian Mission Network conveners, following the difficult and disorienting announcement that the PC(USA) World Mission office would be closing and mission co-worker positions would be brought to an end. What began as informal dialogue quickly became a shared conviction: that this moment of institutional transition called not only for lament, but for community, gratitude, and discernment.

Call to Prayer for Global Mission
During the Advent and Christmas season will you pray daily for Presbyterian global mission involvement. Please pray in your congregations, in your families, and personally that God will revive our commitment to “go and make disciples of all nations.”
This call to prayer is in response to the PC(USA) closing the World Mission office and ending mission sending in March. The denomination may be done with global mission sending, but God is not Finished. Please pray for God to lead us into faithful response.
Pray regularly, fervently, and faithfully.
May God use this prayer initiative to convict us where we have fallen short and set us on the path to faithfully obeying the Great Commission. Prayer is the fuel for renewal. May God be glorified.
Ideas for specific prayer petitions:
For God to revive the PC(USA) by renewing us in our obedience to the Great Commission, and thereby, God will be glorified
For the Holy Spirit to inspire pastors to preach on the Great Commission and other mission passages
For the Lord to inspire a mission prayer effort in every congregation
For God to supply the financial support and all of the means for severed mission co-workers to return to global service

5. For Mission Networks as they seek to strengthen relationships with their partner churches
6. For presbyteries to take a more active role encouraging and urging congregations to be engaged globally
7. That Presbyterian-related mission organizations e.g. New Wilmington Mission Conference, The Outreach Foundation, Frontier Fellowship, The Antioch Partners, Medical Benevolence Foundation, and others might be used to ignite a passion for global mission throughout the PC(USA)
8. For missionaries everywhere who are persecuted for the sake of the Gospel, e.g. Kevin R who was kidnapped from Niger.
