Patrick Charles Harvey, a former Irish Army captain and UN peacekeeper in Lebanon, became a missionary with his wife, Yoke Fong, after a divine call in 1991. They moved to Thailand in 1993 and founded Grace Ministries Foundation Thailand in 1996 to support at-risk youth, later expanding to serve both girls and boys and planting Saitharnrak Church. In 2009, Patrick established Grace Mission Foundation, which now oversees six ministries caring for 121 young people, with 13 staff and 21 alumni serving God across Thailand. A passionate lover of God and Scripture, he authored How Good is the God we Adore and teaches the Bible in Thailand, Malaysia, Ireland, and parts of the United States. They are excited to be invited to the New Wilmington Mission Conference and share their ministry with the delegates.
