Brooks Barefoot attends East Carolina University, where he is studying business management. He has been attending NWMC for the past eight years and is excited for the opportunity to participate in Summer Service this year.

After seeing previous Summer Service teams, including friends who have served in recent years, Brooks was inspired to take this step of faith and fully embrace the opportunity to serve the Lord. He is especially looking forward to experiencing new cultures, as this will be his first time traveling outside the country. He is also eager to learn more about the world and grow in his faith throughout the trip.

Brooks asks for prayer for safe travels and overall safety for the team. He also asks for prayer that any nerves would be calmed so he can focus fully on serving the Lord.
